Mara Bros. is a commercial contracting firm located on Long Island, catering to any of the construction needs of commercial building owners and tenants.
Michael Mara has been in the construction industry since 1979 when he was primarily a residential builder of high end homes. In the late 1980’s he began to phase more toward commercial construction and in 1987 incorporated Mara Bros. Commercial Construction, Inc. For the past twenty eight years Mara Bros. has been renovating office space, expanding existing buildings, and constructing new facilities, large and small, from the ground up. We have completed projects from the eastern end of Long Island to Manhattan and Westchester and as far as Andersen, South Carolina.
As the principal owner and president of the company, Mr. Mara personally oversees all aspects of our construction projects. He is on site everyday throughout the duration of the projects to guarantee the quality work we provide. As a routine part of any job we oversee, host weekly job meetings, safety meetings and project reviews- essentially handling the day-to-day operations of the construction. Mara Bros. does not work on several buildings at a time which allows for a more personal level of construction service; to which our references will attest.
